  • Salary.com  (HRS advises that Salary.com often presents higher wage norms than published at other sites and typically found in practice.  This resource needs to be consulted as the site most popular with employees, creating expectations which may lead to employee turnover or job selection.  This resource also favors large employers as paying more or offering "better" benefits than smaller employers, which is a direct contradiction of certain actual findings including those presented by SHRM surveys. )
