internationally certified Teambuilding Consultant, Jessica authors, trains,
consults and speaks on both employer and employee issues. She is
recognized as one of the longest standing experts researching and
proving the link between human and financial resources on both sides of the
hiring desk and is called upon regularly by television, radio, print media,
academia and leadership forums to discuss new findings and new
strategies in Behavioral Assessment, Leader Assessment, Human Capital, Performance Management,
Employee Retention, Motivation and Teambuilding concepts.

Successful
groundbreaking consultant and founding leader of our firm, Jessica offers a
wealth of case studies and continuous research in attracting, appropriately
selecting, retaining, developing and engaging employees... profitably and
within legal compliance. With MBA, graduate law and industrial
psychology studies and the earliest BSBA in HR Management from Marquette University,
Jessica continues to instruct at both graduate and undergraduate
levels. Working with and commended by the Mayor's office, Ollenburg founded and chaired the
New Berlin HR Committee
(representing 600+ employers) which served as the successful
prototype to local and national HR councils and health care coalitions.
Certification
was first granted in 1995 by the
Institute of Management
Consultants based in New York with international recognition. This designation is acknowledged worldwide as a
"mark of excellence"
among management consulting professionals and is considered a rare achievement
among otherwise non-accredited consulting professionals. Jessica was
re-certified by the IMC and earned a third professional certification
through the National Bureau of Certified Consultants. These accreditation
processes are lengthy and challenging, based upon casework, quantifiable
results, logistical experience / education, examinations, board interviews
and client testimonials. Jessica
has also served on certification panels and committees for both the IMC and HRMA/SHRM
(during the formative years for PHR and SPHR certification programs).

and community workshops. Jessica has earned a wealth of client recognition

has consistently been proven a "visionary"
by succeeding since 1983 in HR Outsourcing and specific Employee
Retention and Human Capital Management programs others are still forming new businesses to
emulate!
In a market where "temporary services" abounded, Jess took HRS in a
different direction focusing upon retention concepts and paved the way! As
examples of her still popular early inventions, Ollenburg in 1987 designed and implemented
one of the first software Applicant Tracking
programs, in 1988 first coined and copyrighted the phrase "Direct Hire,"
in 1983 worked with
Kronos and the former Control Data to create sophisticated labor tracking and
reporting now internationally distributed!
Currently serving on the Arthritis
Foundation Board of Directors, Jessica also advocates to Washington,
DC, campaigning to increase federal support to arthritis research. Recipient of the 2006 "Distinguished
Service Award" from the Arthritis Foundation Wisconsin Chapter,
Jessica is an inspired philanthropist. In 2007, 2006 and 2002, our CEO hosted a Fox 6 "Weather in Your
Backyard" broadcast as an awareness campaign and fundraiser specifically
for Juvenile Arthritis. Chairperson
for HRS Commits to Kids and long term community/charity volunteer, Jessica
chaired 2 consecutive Mystery Ball events for the Arthritis
Foundation, breaking fundraising records at each event! Tim Hoeksema, CEO of
Midwest Express Airlines, and Wisconsin's Former First Lady, Sue Ann Thompson, served as honorary
co-chairs.

spearheaded a personal and professional campaign to "give back" to
