The mission of NBHRC
has simply been to optimize New Berlin employer prosperity through community
collaboration, and our accomplishments have surpassed our goals. NBHRC focuses upon Human Resource and Team/Leader
Development issues in specific.

Read About It!
In support of
approximately 600 New Berlin employers and New Berlin's Industrial Park
Revitalization programs, NBHRC was created in a troubled, rebuilding
economy to optimize bottom line through quality and
cost controls for HR resources. The strong support of this
organization by the business community and the media attention created
reaction all around us. We've been able to pinpoint and raise
awareness of business community demand. This demand has
subsequently been answered not only at a local level, but on
statewide and national levels as well. Our health care
benefits awareness campaign has prototyped a new business education
model and has raised awareness to what's wrong with or can be improved
upon in the prior health care coalition model. Our employer
roundtables prototyped a new emergence of HR councils and roundtables at
chamber levels, now prospering and continuing to build! Our expertly administered "consortium"
strengthened the buying power of each individual employer (now
representing the voice of 600 employers.) Shared resources allow for
cost containment through flexible "on demand" utilization.
The NBHRC Advisory
Committee, augmented by an "open door" for suggestions, was
formed to
monitor employer demand for improved resources, cost containment and
education.
This committee donated substantial precious time to prescreening unique NBHRC
program offerings, otherwise unavailable to individual employers.
Research and focus group activities have provided us some excellent
ideas and exciting long term goals! Benefits are created for New
Berlin employers of ALL sizes and industries.
