& HRS Fight Juvenile Arthritis in Our CEO's Backyard!

Handbooks
Evolve and Find Home on Company Intranet!
While
handbooks continue to gain popularity with employees, on-line versions
replace hard copy. Additionally, these tools have evolved to
reflect a more educated and diverse workforce. Since the 1960s, manuals
have responded to major movements, including the relaxation of dress
codes, changes in technology, employees becoming more litigious and, of
course, the increases of women in
management roles. In fact, they've evolved
so much (with more change on the way) that in many workplaces paper manuals no longer exist.
