Phyllis Pinter

Our founding President/CEO and current external Assessment Team consultant (while enjoying the benefits of retirement from administration) offers 20+ years in Recruitment and Assessment... plus rare accreditation and recognition as an assessor trainer within the business community, as well as, state, national and global universities and highschools.  With Phyllis' early leadership, the HRS Assessment Center (HRSAC) boasts longstanding validated evaluations, reliable scoring keys, correlated baselines, and uniquely job-specific/legally defensible instruments.

 

As the original founder of the HRS Office & Professional Staffing Group, Phyllis's Direct Hire Staffing earned a success rate above 95% for 15 years.  Phyllis inspired us with her relentless dedication to a quality employment match in a marketplace where employment agencies were staffed with sales (not HR) professionals, and temp staffing was more popular than perm.

 

Phyllis' consistent dedication to corporate, social and community teams (either as frequently appointed leader or collaborative team member) honed her skills with behavioral assessment and understanding individual motivators/work styles.  

 

As author and Career Strategist for HRS Quickguides, Phyllis now enjoys 3 top 10 worldwide rankings for her quickguides on the Internet.  Her first released book, The Power Interview, was adopted by local universities as required reading at the college level with several national academic institutions.  Her subsequent four (including The Cover Letter) are written but only available through HRS and coming available at www.AskHRS.com. 

 

An Alverno College graduate with triple major and consistent recognition for academic achievement.  Phyllis called upon her longstanding Alverno involvement as an internationally recognized Assessor trainer to found the HRSAC.   With successful employment history as a workplace achiever entrenched in transition from personnel to human resource concepts, Ms. Pinter originally founded HRS in 1983 for the purpose of providing comprehensive "one-stop shop" HR services to area companies.  While most companies did not have an internal HR department,  Ms. Pinter assembled and led an expert advisory team to assist corporations...small, medium and large... through HR outsourcing or design/implementation of an internal department as appropriate.
